Large living room (about 11x17) and back porch (about 16x16), but the dining room was 10x11--not small, but neither was it "large". Since this post was originally written, we've made some major changes to the house. We added a second (desperately needed) bathroom, moved and enlarged the two bedrooms, added a great room, nook and laundry/utility room, and completely remodeled the kitchen. The original dining room is being turned into a library/game room (board games, not gambling), and the living room will become the master bedroom.
