Still on "Step 5: Locating directory data..." with the dreaded "(Speed inhibited by disk malfunction)" message. On the plus side, I received an email from Marc at Alsoft Tech Support this morning, so it seems that they've bested hurricane Rita.</p> It’s now been 24 hours since I started the DW rebuild.
