Our remodel/addition project has gotten to the point where it’s time to make a punch list. We (and our subs) still have quite a bit to do, but this phase (1A) is definitely nearing completion!

Ah, the punch list. i can never decide once it’s made if i feel like i accomplished something or if i am completely overwhelmed … good luck to you with it! we’ve not done much (anything) on ours for the upstairs since i made it in october …
Yeah, I definitely feel ambivalent about the punch list! After writing it up, I printed it out so I could tack it up at home–It’s 4 pages long! Fortunately quite a few items on the list are either quickies (less than 10 minutes) or done by subcontractors.
