They asked for a loan and signed over their car title to get the loan. We fired her in June and since she has not made a single payment and wants her car title back. She still owes us $850 the car is worth about $2200 in a good market. We do not wish to sell her car as we know she needs it but we do not wish to give back the title until she has paid off the loan.
